Emma Canchari is a partner in the Corporate Compliance practice at Casahierro Abogados. She specializes in criminal compliance and in the design, implementation, and strengthening of corporate crime prevention programs under Law No. 30424 and international standards such as ISO 37001 and ISO 37301. She advises Peruvian and multinational companies on the comprehensive structuring of criminal risk management systems, including strategic support in certification and recertification processes for ISO standards related to anti-bribery and compliance.

She leads complex risk assessment and management projects, internal investigations, and regulatory compliance processes in highly regulated sectors, addressing contingencies related to public and private corruption, corporate fraud, and money laundering. Her practice combines strategic criminal analysis, a preventive approach, and a corporate perspective, enabling organizations to reduce legal exposure, strengthen their governance, and foster sustainable cultures of ethics and compliance. She also actively participates in the development and positioning of the compliance practice, contributing to its growth and technical specialization.

She has been individually recognized by Chambers and Partners in 2025 and 2026 in the White-Collar Crime category. She is a professor at the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
