Percy Castle is a Senior Partner and head of the Tax Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Finance practice groups. He specializes in consulting, planning, and structuring domestic and foreign investments, as well as in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and project financing. He advises domestic and foreign companies and family-owned groups on their development, expansion, and business succession plans. He has experience in securities market transactions, including Eurobonds, tender offers, securitizations, trusts, and other financial instruments. He has also been appointed as an arbitrator in disputes between private parties and between private parties and the government, and his practice spans sectors such as banking, finance, construction, infrastructure, concessions, and logistics services.

He has held prominent positions in both the professional and academic spheres, including serving as Acting Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has been a university professor at the University of Lima for 30 years and is a speaker at various national and international academic and professional forums; he currently serves as Co-Chair of the International Bar Association’s (IBA) Private Client Tax Committee.

He is consistently recognized by the leading international rankings in the legal profession (Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, Leaders League, IFRL, and Who’s Who Legal) as a Peruvian High-Net-Worth Lawyer. He is actively involved in professional organizations such as the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (IPDT), the International Fiscal Association (IFA), and the Peruvian-American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM).
