Dayana Evangelista Romero is an attorney from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, with experience in Corporate and Corporate Law, as well as in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions. Her practice focuses primarily on the preparation of corporate minutes and documents, corporate reorganizations, incorporation of companies, and the drafting and review of commercial agreements.

She has experience in M&A transactions, participating in the review of key documentation required for the execution of transactions, including trust agreements, security interests, share purchase agreements (SPAs), and Due Diligence processes. She also provides legal advice on civil, contractual, notarial, and registry matters.

Her practice includes preventive legal advice and consulting aimed at identifying and mitigating legal contingencies, as well as structuring transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documents, and handling procedures and filings before public entities and Public Registries.

As part of her specialized training, in 2025 she participated in the Workshop on Tools for the Approval of Mergers and Acquisitions by INDECOPI at Universidad ESAN. She is currently pursuing a Specialized Diploma in Corporate Law at Universidad ESAN.
