Dayan Torres Perez is an Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice. She is an attorney from Universidad de San Martín de Porres and has more than five (5) years of experience in the prevention, management, and resolution of disputes, with particular emphasis on civil and commercial litigation, as well as constitutional and administrative litigation matters.

Between 2019 and 2026, she was a member of the Litigation Department at Viera Abogados, where she participated in defining legal strategies and in the representation, management, and monitoring of judicial proceedings in civil, administrative, and constitutional matters. She also has experience in the comprehensive analysis of disputes, development of legal strategies, preparation of legal briefs, and other procedural actions.

She has advised contractor companies in disputes arising from the performance of contracts, participating in the analysis of the parties’ legal positions, identification of contingencies and risks, and assessment of defense alternatives. She currently provides legal advice in judicial proceedings and arbitration, with an approach focused on dispute prevention and effective dispute management.
