Fabrizzio is an Associate in the Labor and Education Law Practice Group. He specializes in labor law, occupational safety and health, and labor dispute resolution, providing preventive and litigation-related advice to companies, educational institutions, and private-sector organizations. He has experience providing comprehensive labor law counsel to employers, participating in the design of legal strategies for the proper management of labor relations, regulatory compliance, and the prevention of contingencies. He also participates in the development of internal policies, institutional regulations, and compliance mechanisms aimed at managing labor and organizational risks.
He has represented employers in inspections conducted by the National Superintendency of Labor Inspection (SUNAFIL), as well as in labor litigation related to reinstatement, the reclassification of contracts subject to specific employment modalities, compensation for wrongful termination, and other disputes arising from the employment relationship.
He also has experience in education law and university legal management, having participated in the drafting of internal regulations, the handling of administrative and disciplinary proceedings, and the defense of institutions in labor, administrative, and regulatory matters related to the education sector.
His professional practice is characterized by a strategic approach focused on the prevention of legal contingencies, regulatory compliance, and the efficient management of labor disputes.
