Luis Carlos Caravedo Barreda leads the Real Estate practice as a partner. He advises individuals and legal entities on real estate matters and property title clearance, contracts, obtaining licenses, permits, and authorizations, negotiating easements, and acquiring rural land.

He has extensive experience in leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams in the acquisition and physical and legal regularization of large tracts of land, managing social conflicts, and negotiating surface rights and easement agreements in the telecommunications, mining, and energy sectors. He has held executive positions as a partner and general manager at the law firms Campos y Caravedo Abogados + Consultores and SENCA Abogados y Consultores. Additionally, he has held management positions at companies such as AT&T Perú S.A.C., Telmex Perú S.A.C., and Mega Ingenieros S.R.Ltda., among others.

He has participated in the negotiation and acquisition of social licenses in various parts of the country, and has led teams of professionals in the preparation and coordination of social impact studies and in community relations management for various extractive industry projects in Piura, Lambayeque, Cajamarca, Ancash, Ica, Ayacucho, Cusco, Arequipa, and Puno.
