Rafael Artieda is a partner in the Corporate and Litigation practice groups and, as part of the latter, leads the Arbitration team at Casahierro Abogados. He practices in the areas of domestic and international arbitration and corporate law/M&A, with more than 25 years of experience.
He is on the roster of arbitrators at the country’s leading arbitration centers and provides corporate counsel to major clients.
He has been recognized by Leaders League for his practice in Arbitration and Corporate M&A.
He is a member of the Peruvian Arbitration Chapter of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Peru) and the Peruvian Institute of Commercial Law.
